Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of many of our products, all sales are final.
Julie Salva, also referred to as, Stamp-n-Shine with Julie Salva provides digital tutorials, classes, and creative content that are delivered electronically. Because these materials are accessible immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If you experience an issue with your order or product, please contact us at julie@juliesalva.com and we will do our best to assist you.
When submitting a question or concern about an order or product, please include a copy of your receipt and/or the original invoice so we can review your request.
Julie Salva reserves the right to deny any refund request at her sole discretion.
In the rare event that Julie Salva makes an exception to the All Sales Final policy, the following process will apply:
Return Authorization (RA) Request
You must first request a Return Authorization (RA). To request an RA number, please email julie@juliesalva.com and provide the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Reason for Refund Request
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
If the request is approved, Julie Salva will contact you with instructions for the next steps.
